Express Despacho Aduanero, S.C., is a company incorporated under the laws of the United Mexican States, with registered office at Boulevard Luis Donaldo Colosio No. 1025 – 4 Planta Alta, Col. Parque Industrial Reynosa Sección Norte, C.P. 88788 in Reynosa, Tamaulipas.
2. Personal Data.
We are responsible for collecting your personal data, its use, and its protection; this applies to personal information collected by Express Despacho Aduanero, S.C.; affiliates and subsidiaries, as well as third parties with whom a contractual relationship has been or will be entered into, in order to provide you with personalized services, always maintaining the same levels of security required by law.
For the aforementioned reasons, when you request information through our website, in person, by phone, or in writing, you give your tacit consent. Once a contractual relationship is entered into, you will be asked to sign this notice so that you give us your express consent to collect and use your data.

From your company:
Business name, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), Articles of Incorporation, Power of Attorney of your Legal Representative, Official Identification of you or your legal representative, nationality, registration in the importer registry, acceptance of the assignment, tax address and location of your offices, Updates and/or notices of change of address, Stamps and digital signatures, bank and interbank account numbers, email addresses and telephone, cell phone, and radio communication numbers of your authorized agents, as well as any other information required to carry out your operations.
Of your operations:
Customs declarations, commercial invoices, digital tax receipts, bills of lading, transportation, air waybills, certificates of origin, permits and authorizations (non-tariff regulations and restrictions) issued by various government agencies, photos and technical information of your merchandise, MSDS sheets of your merchandise: all documents that comprise your customs operation, in accordance with Article 36 of the Customs Law; where applicable, legal matters arising from customs operations, detailed reports and resolutions issued by the Tax Administration Service and the Federal Judicial Branch.
Express Despacho Aduanero, S.C. does not request or possess sensitive personal data.
3. Purpose of processing Personal Data.
Your personal information will be used for the following purposes:
To provide you with the customs clearance services for the goods you have requested.
To send information related to your logistics and/or foreign trade operations.
To notify you about services related to those already contracted or purchased, as well as to inform you of changes to those services.
To collect and store the information that the Customs Broker requires in accordance with customs legislation.
To evaluate the quality of the service we provide.
In general, to fulfill the obligations we have entered into with you and that are related to the Company’s corporate purpose.
We may use your personal data for other purposes, provided that such purposes are compatible and can be considered analogous to the aforementioned.
4. Transfer of Personal Data.
We inform you that your data may be transferred to Federal Government entities for the purposes for which you have provided it. If at any time the authority requires additional information related to your data, we undertake to inform you promptly, provided that this is permitted by law. If we do not obtain your express objection to the transfer of your personal data in the manner and terms described above, we will understand that you have tacitly given your consent.
5. Means to exercise ARCO rights.
It is important to inform you that you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, and even to object to the processing of such data or revoke the consent you have given us for this purpose.
